No problem. I have "allow html" turned off (for reasons I'm sure that you are well too aware of) so you can't use the embed option straight from YouTUbe.

Just click on the youtube page where the video is and look in the URL. at the end will be an equals sign (=) just copy everything after that. Then click on the youtube button here to get the youtube video tags and post the code in betwen it. Here's an example:

The URL to my video is: youtube.com/watch?v=aW2_iwavqUA
So just copy the aW2_iwavqUA and then come back here, hit the youtube button when you are posting and then paste the code in between the tags. That should be it.
