To get the bearing out of the flange you just turn it in the flange. Not the same way the axle spins but other way. Hard to explain the direction,
. I guess if you are looking at the flange and the bearing is spining left or right. You need to spin it to you or away from you inside the flange. Once it is 90 degrees inside the flange it should come out. You might need to stick the axle shaft in alittle to leverage the turn. Hope I helped.
