    need help

    I new on the site as of today. I have a message in my inbox, but when i go to retrieve it there is a message saying i don't have the right to to access the message. there is a message to download a free download. do i have to do that? thanks drb

    You shouldn't need to download anything to access your messages. It sounds like a possible cookie issue with your browser. When you log in, make sure check the box that says "remember me". Try that and let me know if it helps.

    Mie this forumke, I logged out and re signed in and checked remember me. It says I still have one new message but I can't bring it up. I am not getting the download message like before. now what? sorry to be so stupid!! love this forum. thanks drb

    I would try on to log in on another computer and see if you have the same issue. I am sending you a test PM as well. See if you can open it.

    Delete cache and cookies and try to log in if the problem still persist that there may be a bug.
