Thought I would chime in with my 2cents (not about big foot though). Last winter I was hunting in Peace River. It was -15celcius approx. All good. Taking the Argo out for the day the brakes started to fade as the machine warmed up. Long story short, I replace the master cylinder, the brake calipers, pads, brake line thinking the components were the problem but still had the issue. The one thing I had not done is make sure all the old brake fluid was gone (I had been very careful not to drain excess fluid, which would have been a good thing in this case). Once I bled ALL the old fluid out, Problem gone.

Yesterday I was out and started having issue with the other side, last night I flushed all the fluid out, problem gone.

I'm having similar problems with my "Argo Bigfoot" found the piston seal were not allowing the caliper pistons to retract properly. The calipers seals should retract the piston .015" if they are in good condition. I found gunk outboard of the seal hanging the pistons. I have new seals on order.
