A car with like 8.5:1 compression ratio has like 140-150 psi iirc the m18 only has like 6 or 6.5:1 compression ratio so 100 psi doesn't seem unreasonable for that compression ratio.

second hand head gasket 2 days is good length of time for it to last . If u keep going down that path one day u will be stuck in the bush 30 miles from nowhere ,hope u enjoy walking !!
