Lol, I am finally making a trip out to my cabins this weekend. I have a washing machine and a small fridge to haul out on Friday. Wife and kids might meet me back at the Landing on Saturday, and we will all go back out to the lake for a couple more days.
I'd love to rig something up like in this vid, we'll see, my camera was acting up last time tried it ......... Hope it still works.

Have fun Doc, any snow in the forcast up there? Hope your camera still works,I don't want to have to do ALL the work around here.On a more serious note, It doesn't sound like you run tracks in the summer, do you have a lot of rock, or something else. I guess what I'm trying to say is are tracks not needed in the summer, or is there some terrain issue that doesn't make them work. I saw one of your videos where it looked like the trail was greasy clay, do you think that would fill the grousers on your new tracks like what happened in texas after the mud nationals? I would be very interested to see how they preform in your erea.

Are you kidding? Huge whitetails and " black cadilacs",not to mention all the other critters you got. been wanting to for years. I went to taxidermy school back in 1983 with a guide from saskatchewan Willie Edwards. Talk about a lone wolf, sounds like he spent the whole summer in the hills scouting. If I remember correctly, scouting for elk, sheep, and goats. I spend a couple weeks in sept. doing the solo thing chasing elk in the mtns. of northern Idaho. Lots of storys.![]()

he may have been in alberta in Saskatchewan we got big deer, big black bears, big moose, big fish, and big mosquitoes. But don't tell anyone it a big secret.

I bet your right. I know he lived in southern saskatchewan, but the pics he had were in the mtns. Suprised I still remember his name.
