    Argo SE - Bucket seats

Does anybody have any experience with the Argo bucket suspension seats vs the standard bench seat. Especially as I all get a bit older, I here the suspension seats although pricey are very comfortable.

I will be ordering a new machine within a week and was just curious if you guys had real world experience

Definitely try and sit in them before you order. I found them much too close to each other. Keep in mind, they both fit inside the "wheel well" portion of the tub so they are right on top of each other. A lot more room to roam on the bench.
Might be okay if you were the only one going to ride in it.

Does the bench flip up like the seats do for extra storage?

Hey ATC250R, yes the suspension bucket seats do flip up like the standard bench seat ... BUT ... Thecartman does raise a very good point that the suspension seat are very close together ... in my opinion the seat are comfy but I find they sit to high even on low weight settings and they weight 10 time more then the standard bench seat ... just to give you a heads up if you plan on going through the water you wont be able to as big of load

Hi Pike, I have some experience with the suspension seats and none with the bench seat to compare it with. So far I really like them and will have a better opinion this fall, hunting season's coming and after that get to try my tracks and plow for the winter. The only thing I had to add to mine was a seat belt which really helps me when trails get rough. Bill

I went with bench seats so I could move around a bit easier and it seems to be great with a passenger, not rubbing shoulders

Hey Pike, I had a similar problem, the bench seats were a bit tough on my back over a long period. I sent my back rest into the recovering shop and got them to add 4" to the height (new wood required) and 1" to the padding...what a huge difference without losing any side to side room. Cost about $75. Might be an alternative to buckets??

I have not sat in them or even seen them in person... but I also heard that they are too close together to be comfortable... and very pricey. I thought about building my own using some wood and bass boat seats but the newer bench seats seem pretty comfortable to me.
