I didn't realize the simplicity of rebuilding the calipers, I do now though. My biggest hurdle was I had to get it ready for deer season tomorrow. It's 100% now after 2 new brake cylinders, new steering rods, throttle cable, new right caliper, new pads. I cant' say enough good stuff about Ed and his crew from Argo-Adventure, they got me my parts in a day, (not to mention the excellent tech support). Dang these things are fun when they are running right. I already can tell I need a stronger motor. Let the fun begin.

    It's a disease I tell ya.

Before you give in to that project make sure you've cleaned and tuned the CVT. You might have all you need already. (I did say need. Now, want...?)

Oh, forgot to mention that there are many threads describing this in the transmissions forum. Search for "Rock Doctor Clutch mod".

Okay, so I'm editing again. Changed the search string as the first one had too many hits. (tried my own advice out) And probably CVT talk should jump to another post in the transmissions forum.

Here's one thread with some description
