    Roll bar for 750HDI 8x8

Has anyone put a simple roll bar on an 8x8? I do not want the full ROPS cage but just a simple roll bar.

Would love some pictures if you have done this.

I'm going to build one like the Razor has but haven't decided how to mount yet. Check out a Razor they have a good design that can easily work on an Avenger. Guys are putting lexan with a 6-7 inch horizontal space at face level for a partial windshield and it works really good for protection and vision. Windshield is attached to roll bar with zap straps and I've seen roll overs with no problems.

I used a 2001 Kawasaki Mule rollcage, removed the back shield and cross member, ground off junk not needed and bent bars out some to weld to 1-1/2x2 angle. Tweaking with some lights and braces. Not as fancy as razr, but the razr i measured would never stretch enough to go across my Bigfoot. They are also short in the front. This project is underway as we I type. When finished, I’ll try to post a pic.

That is the 6 wheeler roll bar/ light bar.

My new beer holder spilled some on the trails - in it's hair and down it's throat.
    Joe Camel never does that.

Advice is free, it's the application that costs.
