If it has a tbar check the keeper/guide for the brake rods are not bent forward, if so the cylinders piston cannot fully refill, bend them straight and turn in lightly back and forth to bleed.

My new beer holder spilled some on the trails - in it's hair and down it's throat.
    Joe Camel never does that.

Advice is free, it's the application that costs.

Are there any brake pads left? Is the stick firm? Does machine or trans. make any noise when turning? Are you running tracks?

    More info is better.
