Put some Iso-heat in your fuel tank.

Check your filter and the fitting in the tank. If I remember correctly you just had this machine all apart. It's possible you could have dislodged some crud in the fuel tank that has now stopped up your filter or is obstructing the tank fitting....in other words, a fuel flow problem. You could be getting enough fuel to idle and run at lower rpm's just fine, but open the throttle on up and it could be starving for fuel.

I had the same problem with stale fuel.
