The electric wiper is of marine nature, 2 biggest issues I'm aware of are the small blade and the wiper arm pinches the round shaft of the wiper motor so sometimes they are not holding well and walking on the shaft or the wiper arm breaks from over tension of the bolt. A new wiper arm may cure the walking, though I've considered drilling the arm and threading it for a set screw to use as a jam screw like used in the drive sprockets.

My new beer holder spilled some on the trails - in it's hair and down it's throat.
    Joe Camel never does that.

Advice is free, it's the application that costs.

If I understand this correctly, the one on eBay is exactly the same, (except for the blade length,) as the one from Argo Adventures? I'd like to avoid having to buy twice. Also, does the one from eBay require the hole drill-out, as well?

I just received the wiper kit from Argo Adventures. It seems to be a strong, beefy assembly, but The 14" blade it came with seems kinda flimsy. I can't imagine it's capable of removing mud, so I'm getting a heavy-duty 15" blade to install. I'll post some step-by-step photos of the installation process, for those interested.

Here are the pics of the wiper installation. The process would have taken about ten minutes, but I had to fabricate a rubber bushing because of a gap between the handle and the bearing shaft.

Why was there a gap? Is this something that most installs would have to do? Looks great and thanks for posting the pics

I'm not sure why the gap existed. It was pretty small, (about 1/4",) but, it was enough that I didn't want it interfering with the operation of the wiper. From the vid I saw on you tube, it didn't appear to be on other's installations.
