    Is the side step fitted to some argos a worthwhile addition ?

    I got the step with my hdi but I didn't install it because I would have to take it off when I get around to putting on tracks. The dealer said there would be clearance issues with the steps.

    I would be afraid stuff would get caught in it but it looks hollow so maybe not.

    Hi Beagle Man, I just got my tracks installed on my new HDI Avenger. The steps don;t seem to be a problem. They are a long way in out of sight because of the spacers needed with rubber tracks. I f I have any issues I will let everybody know.

    I may have miss read him about the clearance issue. I know he said most folks don't put them on with tracks and you are most likely correct about them being too deep to get on them. Thanks for the info, I won't be putting mine on, and I would rather not put extra holes in my rig.
