    The problem with reading manuals.

I'm one of those guys that sticks to the maintenance programs pretty tight but doing so gets confusing at times. I have two manuals for my 2016 hdi, one that came with it and I purchased a shop manual for more in depth info. The one that came with the machine says change motor oil @ 20 hrs break in and then 100 hrs give or take for severe use or very dusty conditions. The shop manual says 20 hrs and 50 hrs. I know oil and grease is cheap but it would be too bad if someone damaged a fine machine and voided a warranty because of a typo.

i believe its 100,thats a common # for engine oil change intervals. but i just read my 1992 magnum manual and it says for the kohler magnum 18 every 50 hours so i guess its the same.
