So I went ahead and registered my Argo in New Hampshire this year. I had checked online and was sure the trails opened on the 23rd. Well apparently the section we entered was a class 6 road and they don't open till the 1st. I was lucky enough to learn the finer details of this, as we exited a great day of riding, we found both police as well as fish and game waiting for us. They where happy to hand us each 75$ tickets, even after explaining that it was an honest mistake, and they believed that we really didn't know that the one section was a class 6 road. Any ways always be sure to double check the local specifics before you ride. It was worth it anyways, here is a few shots from the day,

I ended up using my fathers bike trailer to move the bigfoot, and you might say it was a tight fit. The pins that hold the rear gate up extend out so they actually push into the tires as I drive it on and off. If im not perfectly straight then the pins catch the rim and its a sudden jerking stop.

I think the regulations are a bit foggy to the average person...you have scofflaws that abuse private property and trails every day and get away with it and the law comes down on someone making a simple mistake with opening dates....in my opinion, a warning should have been issued instead of fines.
