    Right break problem

Am having a problem with my right break I store it in my heated garage and when I load it up to go ice fishing by the time I get it there the right break cylinder seems to freeze up or somthing . When I go to break with the right it seems like I have nothing there unless I pump it a lot . When I get home and leave it on the garage it comes back . Seems like the Cylinder in were the lever presses it gets stuck . What do I guys think I can do or Any suggestions would be great thanks
