You are brave Good luck with the rebuild.
I've always wanted an amphibious atv...since I was like...4....I still can't afford a new one..so this is it for me for now Some day I'll be rich instead of beautiful.
Greetings,
I am new to Argo and just purchased this gently used 1996 Response for plowing my steeeeep driveway.
I'm sure I'll have many questions.
Thanks,
GJS
These two pics show the main reason I gave into finally turning to an Argo. Love it and can't really see ever not having an amphibious anymore.
In the end though, no machine I ever owned could take me into areas like this though:

Great photo
Yes, that is a great photo.
Are you running super tracks?
And are you attempting to dig out the chimney or were you wise enough to add a roof access to what appears to be a common issue?
My new beer holder spilled some on the trails - in it's hair and down it's throat.
Joe Camel never does that.
Advice is free, it's the application that costs.
Hi everyone I own 1970 Argo 6x6 and I'm newer anyone can help me out any way right now small tires can do change to big tires ?? Let me know thank u hope will hear from u guys!!
you probably have 21 inch tires,i think you can get 24 but there the biggest and they barley fit. i dont know if the wheel base is shorter on the older ones but i know that 80s models can. make a post on argo atvs and ask there as you will get more help. pictures help as well!
