If you put your tranny in neutral, wrap a rope around the primary clutch on engine, it should start. I have started snowmobiles this way.

I had the same problem with mine. Mine used to idle at 1100-1300 rpm. I backed the idle screw all the way out and I bent the tang on one of the small springs on the front right side to reduce the...
You can jump your solenoid with a screwdriver. Touch the two big terminals, with the key in the run position. It will turn the starter over, if the solenoid is no good. Or you can check the small...
Just purchased super tracks for my Frontier. Had to buy new 24 inch tires because I had 25 inch tires. Put smallest tire to the front, mid size to middle and largest to the back. Manufacturer says to...
RD, I've been thinking of buying a set of Adair tracks for my Frontier, because they'll fit my 25 inch tires. I'm waiting to see how they perform in snow. I travel through one to two feet of snow to...
I use a 12 volt heater that I plug into my cigarette lighter. It has a swivel mount that I can point at the windshield. Once I drive a 1/4 mile, it defrosts the windshield.
When you lay your tracks flat on the ground, check to see if they have a curve in them. If they do, put curve toward the inside. Ron

I saw an ad on Kijiji. They are $3650 for an 8 wheeler.
I have a 2010 Frontier 650 23hp Briggs and Stratton. Have starting question. When engine sits for 4 or 5 days, when I go to start it, it seems to turn over alot before it starts. I pulled the choke...
Just bought a set of tire chains for my Frontier 650 6x6. Wondering if I should run my chains of my middle or front tires? Had 8x8 and ran chains on 2nd tires from front. I want to use it on the ice...
Dan, just a question for you. I have a 2010 Frontier 650 6x6 - great machine, with 25 inch Avenger tires. Will the Adair tracks fit over the 25 inch tires, with clearances? Or do you need the 24 inch...
Went to my buddy's yesterday to his sugar bush. We were collecting sap for maple syrup, when we came across a swamp. He said he could go across on his 4 wheeler - no problem. I said I'd follow him....
I just sold 2001 Argo Conquest with 110 hours, winch, top, 13 inch tracks, windshield, for $10,000. Was in mint condition.
I tried a 580. The 650 has a lot more power. You really notice going from half throttle up. Haven't had it in deep mud yet, only snow.
The tires are 25 inch, from the 750 HDI.
Got my new Frontier this weekend. Put 5 hours on it. Has a lot more power than my 20hp Conquest. Did most of my riding on the lake. Here are a couple of pictures.
Thanks for the info. I ordered it with the 24 inch tires because the 13 inch tracks will fit the 24 inch tires and they're the cheapest. I live where there is only about a foot of snow on the lake...
I'm not sure what type of tire they are, but they are the new tires that come with the 750HDI. The dealer had one sitting beside a new one. The 6x6 had them on it in the showroom. Do you think...
Just ordered a 2010 Frontier 650. :D Dealer told me I could have 25 inch tires instead of the standard 24. Is there an advantage to the larger tires? I may be installing tracks. Am I better off with...
Just purchased 2001 Conquest. Has 100 hours on it. When driving around, temperature gauge fluctuates between 200 and 185. Is this normal on a Conquest or possibly thermostat sticking then opening?...
