I had the same problem on my 15 HDI. I ended up lubing the bolt that the throttle lever swivels on. It cured my problem. Brought right back down to normal idle RPMs

The tray is a must have for hunting up here in Alaska! Well worth the money.

I personally would get either a viper or warn winch. The winches can be found a lot cheaper on Amazon or ebay. Super winches are also fairly decent and can be found for a good price. I wouldn't cut...
