here i mounted the Lexan windshield and i put some foam trim on it for appearence then i used alluminum pop rivits to mount it, the bend was carefully heated and wrapped...
yaaa i wish i had the GT 215s instead of the 210, but i took what was available at the time

Yup Mike i think it looked like #80 chain to me but had no #80 in hand to compare it to, another thingy i noticed was the enclosed Brg housings with tappered rollers (like automotive spindle Brgs)...

it will be a couple weeks before i get back to this project, my D8k cat caught on fire the other day and i'm a little busy with repairs to all the hydrolic lines , seals and wiring that don't do well...
yes sometimes the rollbar has lean to it , it is because of the exact location of the hole in the body in relationship to the plate behind the seat, if the rollbar leans forward then there is no fix,...
