I have an 88 Magnum that I put the 24" tires on. They fit, and ride nice. They are pretty close to each other, but I still have about 1/4"-3/4" of space. Is your Magnum the I/C version? I wouldn't...
I just got "finished" with my Magnum. Diesel engine swap, bigger wheels, and a body spacer (along with mountains of little things). It took over 4 years for me to complete, and I still have to do...
I got the new belt, put it on and took it for a rip. Definitely nicer! Still doesn't go full shift, so will be looking into that a bit more. Will keep you guys up to date on whatever I do.
The pictures are just linked from my google photos. Don't know if that creates any problems or not. I used to use photobucket. Let me know if anyone has any other suggestions for photo hosting.
I rammed the original belt (52") on there. Took two guys, but we got it on eventually without breaking anything. No slack, and sits down in the secondary about 1/8". It's a bit easier to shift...
So it would appear that the next size down of belt in 2322V Series is 52.8". I highly doubt I would be able to shoehorn that on there. It's only a bit bigger than the original Argo belt.
I did...
I can just touch belt to belt. The team clutch is slightly bigger diameter than the old Powerbloc that was originally on there. The belt width is the same, the Club Car specified the same width belt....
I can take and post pictures tomorrow morning from my computer. Too much of a pain from my phone. If you want to see some pictures and video, check out the build thread in the engines area.
The belt is slightly big, but not too much. Still takes some prying to get it off the secondary. Where it engages on the primary isn't too far up, the top of the belt is maybe 1 1/2"-1 3/4" up from...
After riding the diesel magnum around a bit, it has become apparent that it is in need of some clutch adjustments.
The background info:
The TEAM rapid response primary I bought off eBay was...
It runs!!!

Hi Boys! I'm back!! Shop is done, have a second daughter, and running a busy business out of the shop. So, it's hard to find any spare time...
However, me and the camping boys have tried to spend...
Alas, the Magnum still sits on the back burner. Hasn't moved from the place I put it last fall. Shop is a slow going project. We've had a lot of heat this summer, and I'm not too terribly fond of...
This chain interests me. Says it's shipped from and sold by Amazon, so likely at least halfway legit. I have half a mind to order up a bunch for my Magnum.
I almost bought those too, but stumbled on a good deal on new argo tires. Still curious if they'd work. Had a bit of correspondence with tire manufacturers, but didn't pursue it after finding my new...
I'm working on getting a door to roll up now so I can get stuff in and out. It's a peaked ceiling, and I want the doors to follow the ceiling instead of just going horizontal. So, takes some...
