Curtis your prob as first described was the same as mine a while back it was my relay blowing the fuses, as soon as I turned the key on, the fuse would blow.

If your ordering chanels from Marcel i belief he uses hinges now on all his tracks, at least mine came with hinges. As for install time depends on if you have help or not.
