on my new to me 2003 conquest 8x8 which is low hours (150) and quite ok is this housing on the side of the motor that has been chopped into - patched and then chopped into much larger again. it wraps around the spinning screen thing on the right side of the motor from the drivers point of view and is empty. it seems to be an air port of some sort. anyone know if this is important part or not. regards - glenn
