    2016 750 HDI Speedo

Hi my 750 has about 300 hours on it and for the last couple weeks the speedometer has been doing some crazy gyrations sometimes reading apperantly correct and then all of a sudden reading anywhere from 30 to 50 mph (I wish). It drops back to correct but will do it again in half a minute or so. Anybody know what I need to clean or look at? Thanks

Look and the trail in front of you. Forget the speedo.

My real concern is that it would have to affect the hour meter also and I like to keep all my maintenance ‘by the book’

Check the magnet on the idler shaft and try to clean any debris from the pick up.

My new beer holder spilled some on the trails - in it's hair and down it's throat.
    Joe Camel never does that.

Advice is free, it's the application that costs.
