Maybe try swapping pads side to side, if possible, and see if the problem changes sides.

cleaned the pads and that helped quite a bit but still not turning as good as she do left. maybe some air in the system? should i give them a bleed and see what happens?
Bleeding them wont hurt. Were the pads glazed or have grease on them?
they were kinda shiny? but did also have alot of grease. also my volt meter shows little over 12 then when i turn the brake fan on it drops suddenly to 11?
My new beer holder spilled some on the trails - in it's hair and down it's throat.
Joe Camel never does that.

this is my magnum.it worked good when i put it into maintenance but the right handle was always spongy but worked decent. this time it didnt work at all. tranny fluid is good and clean, juts nice clean gear oil. keys ways were good, chains are good.all tires spin as they should. like i said after wiping the pads free of grease it worked somewhat better than before but still not up to par. i think the key to my problem is the sponginess in my brake lever?
