    Attex info please

    attex1.jpgattex2.jpgHay guys I have a deal on this machine but am Not up on the years and model's as much as I would like to be !
    Can you tell me around what year this is and any other model info ?
    Hate to sound stupid on them but some of you are more into them at this point
    Just looking for Pro's and con's ??

    Its a super chief.

    It's a Super Chief if it has a two-stoke, 2 cylinder Chaparral in it. If it has a single cylinder Tecumseh, it's a Tomahawk. If it has a single cylinder 2-stoke Chaparral, it's a Spirit. The last two numbers of the serial number (located on the frame between the right rear and middle axles) will tell you the year. The body suggests it was built between 76 and 82.

    That is the info I was looking for !
    I know there was a lot of names I was forgetting ? I just am not up on all the names of these attex's !?!

    Only down fall I see from the pics he sent me is it has the old 3 bolt axles with adapters.

    That was a factory option. They never came with 5 bolt hubs except for the conversion.
    l like to buy stuff and no I don't do payments!
