Ok so with New points , coils, condenser ect, would I be good to go? I have no problem going that route, I just want a trail fun driver no racer here just fun. I had just read that they run hot and the CDI fixes the shutdown issue??????????

CDI maybe a bit more reliable but they can go bad too.
for points setting up the timing and gap is the the hard part.
timed mine with a 12v battery and light, along with the timing mark
    on the fan shroud.

best to stay with the bigger bearings on the idler sprockets.
the 4 chain attex's use a spacer over the threw bolt allowing
to go to the heavier or next size up bearing.
the stock max IV idlers just won't hold up, i got maybe 2 hours tops.

Are there two different size tension sprockets? My right one is larger than my left one!
And for the life of me I can not find a master link on the right rear chain????

not sure off the top of my head how many teeth, (thinking 17) other sizes
will work i guess but your chain length may very in result.

Where do I find new Axle seals, bearings . And the Rubber Engine Mount Isolators?
Also do the two strokes require a special fuel pump or will any small engine type work?

Few pix of my temporary work space lol spent over 10k on a workshop and im back in my garage again.
But just till i get her sanded down then everything will be moved.
Everything is labled in baggies and in my little sewing box lol.
The big stuff is labled in the plastic bin, and the chains in the tub soaking in Diesel.
Still alot of work to do but removed all the staples from the tub, need to cut some 2x4 to go around it all to keep it straight.
Hope to get the frame out this weekend then blast it and paint.
