ARGOJIM, I think you are saddened because you have to live in New Jersey, the most over taxed, over priced, over regulated, and over populated state in the union. My dad used to say that New Jersey was a good place to be from because just about everywhere else you move to would be more affordable, and I would have to agree with him since everywhere I have moved it has been. I still like to visit Jersey because all my relatives live there and gas used to be a real bargain before the tax hike, but I don't know if I will ever live there again. Happy trails.
