    LOL.

The clutch depends on how much you want to spend. Cheap but works is the comet 40. Around $90-110+ on ebay. But there are better clutchs and I believe the comet 40 is slightly smaller cutting out on top end speed. That is currently under investigation as I installed a 4 stock weighted salsbury clutch which is bigger diamerer and it was the same speed but my belt is extremely worn so Im searching for a new belt. But then I started playing with my scrambler and......to be continued, lol.

I cant answer the jlo question as the one I have is a parts machine only as body is shot and its the one of the few I ever got with a motor. I can say the top end speed is slower on my attex with the 16hp. As I already stated. But power wise it is plenty. It will spin all 6 goodyear terra tires I have when pulling or..... Its been a good motor and I have had it many years. It started its life in a go kart before I put it in my 208tt. It starts easy no matter if its zero or 90 degree. Put the choke on and most of the time 1st pull. Though it does start faster with the rope then the electric start. I think it dont spin it as fast or something, usually will crank bit longer before it fires up. You probably will have to disconnect the low oil shut off. With the oil sloshing around in mobile applications it shuts it off. I fried a coil once but I got a new honda one off ebay and mounted right up. That was my fault it went as I had a power wire short out on the kill wire. My original fan on flywheel stripped out and cracked but with the warranty they replaced it free of charge, no questions asked and even paid to ship it to me. Also the rubber tube cracked like dry rotted on the breather to air cleaner so I had to replace it. Other then that I have had no problems at all. Same plug even.

    Briggs & Stratton Vanguard V-Twin Horizontal Engine with Electric Start — 16 HP, 1in. x 2 29/32in. Shaft, Model# 305447-0068-B1

Briggs & Stratton 16 HP Vanguard V-Twin OHV Horizontal Engine. V-Twin 90°° overhead valve design runs cooler, cleaner and more efficiently. More HP output with less displacement and less carbon build-up. Longer valve life and improved fuel economy.
