    I really like the Bradley, it's sooooo easy to control smoke/temp. Not so sure I like having to use their wood pucks :-)

    Something different.

    I built a little Hut, and Alder Smoked/Dryed some Northern Pike. It took 3 days to complete and turned out extremely well.
