    Wink Any "Smokers" out there?

Candied Sockeye and a little bit of Tyee for variety. Another 6-8hrs and it should be done.

Looks like someone is going to have a nice feed in about 6-8 hours. Freshed smoked salmon sounds great right about now.
Even if you’re on the right track, you’ll get run over if you just sit there.

WTG RD. That is sweet. I get a good smoke in as often as I can. Is that a Masterbuilt box?

    :-)
Here is some Walleye I did up last week

I also smoked up a couple whole chickens for supper last night. I thought it was awesome, but the kids were less impressed, lol.

This is a Bradley, I also have a Little Chief, and a Briquet water smoker.

I've been sneaking the odd thin piece, lol. It's a little salty, the thicker pieces should be better.
