Hey Don, my racer is only 570 cc so does that mean I can race b stock.

I don't know if there are any rules established as yet, but I'm good with it
If we 're going to mix things up, perhaps we should hew out some ground rules. Dave??

I'll have to check my natva stuff, but I believe there was class listings and rules in one of them I went through recently.
l like to buy stuff and no I don't do payments!
1975 rules are posted on the site and I've got an earlier rule book: 1972, I think. Niether of them list four-strokes as far as I know.

Sometimes I put on the powder puff heat and watch it with kellyphibious just to prove she isn't the only woman out there cool enough to appreciate our awesome past time. I'm very lucky my wife loves the aatv, getting one was actually her idea when I was considering something 4 wheeled, faster, and less capable.
Ya Don,
I think we should get the gang together at the Freedom race and hash out some ground rules and classes if this takes off like I think it will. To start out I would think we could mix 4 stroke and 2 stroke together where the hp is equivalent until the 4 strokes get enough numbers to support there own classes. The main thing is to make it fair so everyone has the chance to win and to get some specs out there so people know what and how to set up their machines.
the only NATV rule for 4 strokes was a .6 displacement rule. I did see a few 4 stroke scramblers race but they were not competitive. I think mixing the A 2 stroke and 4 stroke stock together would work as well as B stock . It would bring out an additional opportunity to race and have some competition. I think consolidating the lower classes just make sense to build up the sport.
4 stroke stock would use the .6 rule and require stock carbs and any exhaust. A healthy 290 cc 2 stroke should make at least 20HP which would put in in the same range of a clone 420 cc 4 stroke with a rev kit.
