  • 3 Lug to 4 Lug Template RSS Feed


    Due to the popularity of the three lug to five lug template, here are two templates for making your own three lug to four lug adapters. Be sure to download the correct one. One is a 3 on 2" to 4 on 100mm pattern and the other is a 3 on 2" to 4 on 4" pattern.

    They are in PDF format so you will need adobe reader to view them. If you don't have it you can download it for free at Adobe

    Be sure to print the template out full scale on an 8.5" x 11" piece of paper. Then double check the measurements printed on the paper to make sure the scale is correct.
