Yeah I was kinda starting to think it was internal.
Guess it's time to pull it, and mount it to the work bench so I can start digging deeper.
Finally got back to the Argo repairs. I adjusted the valves, tweaked the governor, and tried adjusting the carb again.
Still having the same issue!
Here's what I've been trying to fix all along. ...
Sorry guys. I got insane busy in other app with customer jobs, so my toys had to take a back seat.
I'll be on it again in a few days, and hope to have a solution.
Fuel is fresh, I'll check comp. But I doubt that's gonna be it. There's only 120hrs on my machine!
Nope, don't get much time to play!
Carb is a fresh rebuild. Internal's are hospital clean!
I can't seem to solve this carb issue.

My argo sat in the shop for nearly a year. I changed the oil, flushed the fuel tank, and rebuilt the carb. As I was adjusting the...
You are welcome to come with me next time I go out! I'm in the columbia area, and am a member of a private park in Wagner, about 30min out of Columbia.
Just my opinion, but i suggest going to AMSOIL fluid. It already meets the spec, and has far better lubrication properties.
I always suspected AMSOIL of being snake oil, but tried it out last...
Sorry for the slow reply!
I'm planning on using a peice of 1" inner, and 1"outter diameter tube for a lightbar. Use a few spring buttons to secure the outter tubing in place and have a set of...
Ionly put mine on the winch because it was igher than the headlamps. I was looking to cover as wide & far as possible. The rear light is used to see when in the water at nite, or fishing at nite,...
Great writeup on the swap! You were curious about big draw items. The winch if you have one! The 3000lb winch on mine is rated to pull direct 220a under load! There's a correct way to figure out...
2 part industrial epoxy! That's what you are talking about right?
Great stuff, and strong as the devil!
I recently mounted one of these on the winch roller, and one beside the outboard mount on the rear. It's a flood light so it gies off a bright wide beam. I love it!

I would probably be better served with the bench too, seeing as how you reminded me about the kiddy passengers. I would probably be more comfortable if the bak rest was about 2/3" further back!
I'm 6'2" and it's not comfortable at all! I have been trying to figure out what to do, and decided when I finally get heat in my shop I'll try some low back bucket style lawnmower seats. I'll just...
Well I have been screwing around, and putting off some mods, so I guess it's timeto get moving on this idea, and a few others.:D
Open heat in a POLLY body is bad news!:dontknow:
These may be just what I'm looking for! I gotta get the measurments on the vents, but looking promising!
Mine leaks around the nose, where the upper & lower body comes together! One day when I'm not being lazy, I will seal it up with a little black RTV.
Thanks for the idea! I hadone in an old POS I drove in highschool, and it's great for heat, but the room it takes up is valuable in a 6x6.
