    Question JLO 230 carb question

Hello, I just purchased a McKee RoughRider 6x6 about a week ago. It is running, but very rough. I took the carb apart, cleaned it and put it back together. It runs better than it did when I bought it. There does not appear to be any mounting on the carb for an air cleaner. I used a rubber connector for pcv pipe and attached it to the carb and rigged a filter over it.
My question is about the air cleaner. There was none on the carb when I got it. Does anyone have any ideas on what kind of air cleaner is supposed to be there or where to look and find an air cleaner. The engine is a JLO 230.carb1.jpg

You may just need to measure the carb and buy one that fits right on it. You could probably buy one at your local sled/atv/bike store or numerous online stores.

I was hoping that there was an original air cleaner for the carb, but your suggestion is probably the way I am going to have to go.
    Thanks

Did you ever find out about the air filter? I'm in the same situation.

Amphiman1 was banned and said he had some electric starts for the roughrider 6x6 and wonder if anyone else had installed one.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
