Ok can someone point me to the right parts to concert my
chaparral g50b to CDI? I have seen a few post but no real explanation on parts and how to find the correct ones.

i believe the motor you were looking at on bay would work for the cross over.
everything but a ring gear on the fly wheel. so as long as the ring gear can be switched
from one to the other.
