I'm currently installing one in a Vanguard II. Stock clutch lines up with the Predator shaft just fine. Did anyone use the Briggs exhaust for the Predator?
We run mostly these predator engines. You will have to build a custom exhaust for them. Pretty easy you can buy the flanges and go kart pipe separate or there is a kit.

No you need a straight shaft 4 stroke clutch.

looking to set the governor to 4900-5000 rpm on the 22hp predator. on the single cylinder motors the go kart fellas just shorten the spring. would that work on the v twin?
I have the rev kit from 670 Performance. It increases the rev limit to 4600+/-. I could tweak the sprng to 5k but not with the stock flywheel and internals.
I bypassed the governor with no issue. Revs till the valves float.
