Hopefully, I will not go through this again anytime soon. I am going to be very pro-active greasing my bearings and tightening set screws!
But I have been planning for when and if. The center drive axle is the only one I worry about, the two inside sprockets aren't too bad, as you can use a pry bar, but that last outside sprocket is difficult, as you don't want to pry against the frame. I was thinking of grinding an air hammer tool flat, so there would be a round, flat contact surface, then with the bearing flange removed, you could use the air hammer to beat that last sprocket down the length of the axle. Thoughts?
Or is there an easier way? I am getting a little anxious over this, because even though I put green grease on the axles and sprockets before assembly, they are still pretty difficult to move.
