Travel / Storage cover for MaxIV

Trying to wind up this Max IV project up. This should just about do it, just some little things left.
I used some hardwood strips with a piece of angle iron on each end to keep the sag out of the cover.

The top is 18oz vinyl coated polyester, like the over the road trailers use.

installed grommets around the bottom and ran a 1/4" nylon rope through them, the picture is with a 1/8" rope. I used 2 clothes lien tensioners hooked back to back to hold the rope tight.

That looks like an excellent quality cover and because of the angle of the hardwood strips the snow can slide off easily. Nice work indeed.

Thanks again. I think the real test will be the 3000 mile road trip north. I'm thinking of running some straps under the Max and fasten them to the rope to keep it real tight for the trip.

One other thing I did was to sew in a piece off a thermal welding blanket where the exhaust pipe hits the cover to keep from melting the cover.
