Has anyone ever tested how sand paddles do in the water? They look like they might be good swimmers.
On the 4 wheeled toys 2 ply is like golf cart tires something where a fairway is "rough terrain". About the only thing I can see 2 ply being good for is if you have tracks where they are never going...
So what numbers do I need to look up the replacement carburetor because the one on it has obviously had water in it for a while at some point and it still doesn't idle correctly even after attempting...
A car with like 8.5:1 compression ratio has like 140-150 psi iirc the m18 only has like 6 or 6.5:1 compression ratio so 100 psi doesn't seem unreasonable for that compression ratio.
I believe the Carlisle 101 and duro 255 are nominally a trencher tire for a ditch witch.
I'm surprised NC is dry as much rain as we have been having on the other side of the mountains
So with chevron tires does either the Carlisle or the duro supposedly do better than the other or is it pretty much 6 in one and half a dozen in the other? I don't like the idea of spending what 8 of...
So what is there besides Carlisle argo, Carlisle 101, and duro 255 that people like that is available in 8" rim?
Hunting and play. My work vehicle has more than 6 or 8 wheels.
I don't know about making a Oct event with that being in the middle of deer season but I won't rule out future events.
Got a link to what you got going on in Oct?
The chevron Carlisle 101/duro 255 looks good. I mean something that looks like a mini monster truck tire should work in mud. The wheeling in my area is pretty much mud, mud, and more mud.
Ok i will go ahead and say mudding is more important than swimming for myself. I have an outboard if I know I definitely need to cross water
I've just got a 8x8 recently and am in the knoxville area
Well exactly what my headline asks. My "new" old argo needs some rubber. What are some tires in 8" rim sizes that work well on a skid steer vehicle like an argo?
Hi I'm Todd. Own a older argo 8x8
