I had a chance to measure mine today and the stock tank was aprox. 8.5". So I changed my order to an 8x20 tank which should still give me a 4 gallon capacity.

I would take it all apart fix the cracks with abs goo (black abs pipe and acetone works good). Then clean up the frame and drive train replacing whats needed. Ebay is a good place to get chain....

If I had to do it again i would start with these:
3 BOLT TO 5 BOLT ADAPTERS
and work from there add on some dom tubing with a 3/8" hole.

Or if you know someone with a laser or such have them...

Thanks Tomo, I'm glad I didn't bolt down my engine yet. So just line them straight up and I should be good to go.
