many thanks!
I'm gonna kill my scrap guy, but before I do that - what size are the lug nuts on the 950? 7/16-20?
Yeah....I need thirty of them.
sigh.
I'd be interested in seeing them too - I've got to fab one up for my Hustler project.
Exactly....I'd take a close look at the laws, and I'll bet that there are no specific injunctions against boats using roads. Might get away with it a few times, but I'm also planning on keeping the...
Yep, I got no problem with it. Even the shift collar for a hundred fifty or so isn't that bad...at least compared to how much time I'd spend making it myself.
Just got off the phone with Recreatives....that shift collar is $146.40. Then there's the seal and gasket kit, another $63.20, and possibly the center plate at $109.80. I'm sure there'll be more once...
I just got off the phone with Recreatives, I need one for my build also. Their price was $63.20.
I still can't get that darned shifter out, so I'm pulling the sprocket shaft and going to drive it through. I'll see what it looks like then, but in the meantime for your enjoyment.......
Well. That's nice.

Maybe I'll just register mine as a boat, ride wherever I want, and point out to the helpful ricky rangers that it's gonna be a helluva lot of paperwork if they write me up for anything :D
Nice ride, some interesting mods there.
Looks somewhat like my 950(?)...same scoops on the side, same contour, same bottom hull
Well, tons of stuff happened that interfered with this project, but I just recently got back into it.
So - trans is pulled, fun stuff I found out:
90 weight gear oil used.....not to worry...
Mike - yep, did that for a couple of days first, no difference. Right now all I could do is use a stud puller on it, but I think I'm going to pull everything anyway and it'll be easier to work on it...
I'm right in there with the rest of the noobs! That's never stopped me before though! Sure, I'll take pics and post them up.
Yep, Mike, that's one of the things I checked. No snap ring, but it's not coming out with any kind of ease. Can't see an O-ring creating this many issues, top of the bore looks good with no...
As my Italian grandfather used to say "Standa backa boys, she'sa coming out!".

I lost reverse on the drivers side, so I tried pulling the...
utv's might be the answer
Interesting, but I think that on road emissions testing requirement only stands for newer vehicles.
sreet legal plates in cali? wow. you didn't manage to save any of the info, did you?
sorry, wish i had a solid solution for you.
