hey friends..on my max 2 with a 21 h.p. briggs vanguard , the throttle lever works pretty easy when motor is not running . when running , it's much harder to pull on. the cable is fairly new and lubed well and so are the carb throttle parts on carb. is it because when it's running there is pressure from the governor ? appreciate any thoughts . johnboy va.

thanks everyone...any way to add a spring somewhere to help pull throttle open when running , but will still go back to idle ? j.b.
You would be better off doing it the correct way and bypass it.
