    I used a band saw from work, I would imagine a jig saw would work very good also. Cuts and drills easy

    You can buy the adhesive they use on bonded brakes, I used to have some. You have to clean the alloy with 2000 grit wet and dry, then wipe both parts with acetone, apply adhesive and clamp together and put in a domestic oven for about an hour.

    That's what I remember from about 20 years ago, some details could be wrong but that's the general idea. Easy to do at home. Bought the adhesive from a local manufacturer.

    Those look same as Max? Holes distance is 5 1/2 " What it is in MAX ?
