    Max II clutch?

My max serial# is 124XX and it has a v twin vanguard engine. I'm looking for the best place to get a clutch. Can any recommend somewhere? Thanks!

Also does anyone know when my Max may have been manufactured? I won it at an auction for cheap. It was in terrible shape. Instead of replacing a bearing someone made one out of a wood block! I've since installed new bearings, new jack shafts, new chains, a winch, fixed the body, and rewired everything.

Which clutch are you talking about? Engine or driven? Both are repairable but not very cost effective most times. If the drive is pressed apart the " spider" is supposed to be replaced to get the proper fit again. I have reused them only to have a failure in a few hours use. Parts should be available from Quality Drive Systems. MFG supply has prices on new as good as Ive found.
