    Lateral travel distance?

I remember somewhere on here that gives the distance in inches that the laterals should travel from front to back before engagement. Anybody know where that is here?

If memory serves proper deflection is 7 to 7 -1/2 total on a IV.

My new beer holder spilled some on the trails - in it's hair and down it's throat.
    Joe Camel never does that.

Advice is free, it's the application that costs.

Whipper, I like mine tight as well yet I thought to have read that somewhere.

I run mine a bit tighter than the factory. I got the measurements from new vehicles. Most 4 s were right at 7" and 2s are about 5.5" total travel.

7" is ok, but it can be a little tight when you have a bunch of hunting clothes on. But, I am putting in a single spring seat and that will be adjustable, giving me more room up front.
