    The diamond is very hard and in the way for a straight shot. I've tried nearly everything under the sun including a stud welder. If they are broken below the surface I redrill at 180 degrees and use it on the other side.

    Thanks, Mark. Drilling for a new pin and using it on the other side is a neat idea.

    Are you saying that you had to rebuild it or you just did while you had it apart? What has transpired since the start of this thread last year?

    Yes I've went through 3 transmissions since the start of this post last year so I took two and built one good one

    Ok so I haver ridden a few timess since ther rebuild one side locks as soon as you barely pull the lever???

    Adjust your stick travel at the plungers. there is a sticky here somewhere.
