I use an electric heat gun a couple times a year to reshape the lower body, when it gets warm enough, remount the tires and put a 1"x8"x8' board across the top of the tires and inflate the tires to maximum psi. Once it cools, you may have to repeat the process to get the clearance you need.

In the winter, I've used a propane torch called a weed dragon, that puts out a lot of heat quickly, you have to be very careful though as it could easily set the machine on fire.

Did you remove the hump between 1 and 2? A good inch there.

The seat grab rail trick seems to work well.

My new beer holder spilled some on the trails - in it's hair and down it's throat.
    Joe Camel never does that.

Advice is free, it's the application that costs.

I use a small propane torch to heat the inside and outside of the lower tub. Then push a wooden mold up into the body and let it sit overnight. If you remove it too soon, even when it has cooled to the touch, it still doesn't want to hold but I've had good luck when letting it sit overnight.

You can also use the rear seat frame for a body lift by tying it in with the tub. This also eliminates a lot of chassis flex.

What it lacks in ground clearance it makes up for with traction.

I should also note I used mikes idea on my other one and it swims a lot better with the " wheel wells" than the body lift.

Just my thoughts of what I've read from millerperf, you are trying to gain overall height between the entire length of the lower body and the tracks?

Where is your lowest point at now? Are the tracks going to clear the front wheel arch?
