Setting the motor out makes the two rear ones a bunch easier. Transmission is not necessary but a good time to check mount bolts ,tensioners and service.
I'd suggest removing the motor and checking the t-20 mounts. If they are good, you could go ahead and leave the t-20 in if you want too, but it's a good time to pull it out and completely drain and refill it with fresh atf. The engine is only 4 bolts, the belt, some wiring, and your cables. It takes about 20-30 min to do it the first time. I use colored zip ties at the wiring ends as an easy way to make sure it goes back together the right way.

That wire tie trick works great! I read a different post that Drew put up. When I took my project max apart, the first thing I did was to buy a jug of different color wire ties! I am not the least bit worried about getting my electrical back together in the correct manner! Thanks for putting that tip out there Drew!
