    Heat shield

Was wondering if anyone knows of a material that can be used between the metal for an external muffler? The black stuff that keeps the lower tub from melting due to the exhaust going through it!

    Bryan,

Did I forget to include the lower heat shield for you? I'm sorry, I thought I put it in there. I have a couple extras floating around.....it's a just a piece of formed sheet metal.

I used a license plate. I cut and attached the plate to the brackets for the muffler. Helps quite a bit.
